Payment is due in full to lock in your date.

Rush bookings: anything booked less than 7 days before the event adds a $50 rush fee.

Cancellations: bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel 30 or more days before your event, you're eligible for a refund — please allow up to 30 days for it to be processed.

Good to know: Elvin's talent needs a private spot to change and short breaks during longer events (about 10 minutes per hour). He does indoor and outdoor events — outdoor ones just need shade and water in hot weather.
